MEI is a continuing medical education provider for physicians. This new entity needed a logo that could be used in multiple media. While it represents an academic effort, it needed to convey a sense of being credible, pro-active, and expert. The open door invites the audience to new opportunities, and conveys the idea of a real place, while its overall shape embodies the look of an open book.
