A popular hot spot for the 21-35 crowd in Baltimore, the Eight By Ten lives up to its name in size. The mark is a cityscape of the Federal Hill area, where the club is located. It captures the funky, fun, but small feel of this club, which manages to offer a lot in a very little space.
